Amos Rusie, ranks as one of the greatest pitchers of all time. He is one of the few players who played fewer than ten years in the major leagues to be elected to the 'Hall of Fame'. Rusie's career was shortened by two bitter holdouts he staged against New York Giants, owner Andrew Freeman.
