One of the fastest runners of the All American Girls Baseball League, Edythe Perlick stole 481 career bases, including a career-high 63 in 1944 while playing for the Racine Belles from 1943-50. A solid hitter, she reached a high 63 RBIs in ’44 and finished 7th on the AAGPBL career-list with 392.

A noted defensive left fielder, with a strong throwing arm, Edie Perlick batted .240 in her career in the pro women’s league. After the Racine Wisconsin team moved Michigan, she played for the Chicago Music Maids – a fastball softball league. Married she also played under the name Edie Keating or Edie Perlick Keating - Born in Chicago
