Josh Willingham

 

Josh Willingham came up the ladder in the minors as a catcher, then was converted into a left fielder by the Florida Marlins. The 6ft 1 inch, 200-lbs right-hander is a highly rated team player and is quickly becoming a very fine defensive and offensive player. Josh Willingham can hit the ball from line to line and has solid bat speed. In 2006, his first full major league season, he hit .277, with 28 doubles, 26 homers, scored 62 runs, with 74 RBIs.

 

Upon Further Review:

On May 2, 2007 Josh Willingham lined a triple and a home run in 4 at bats and had a career-high 5 RBIs, and made three standout plays defensively in left-field to lead Florida to a 5-2 win over victory over Atlanta.
