(Nick is the son of former MLB catcher Randy Hundley of Cubs)

Many newer names make our hot-start batting list – Toronto Blue Jays’ Yunel Escobar; Miguel Montero of Arizona Diamondbacks, Colby Rasmus of St. Louis Cardinals and Starlin Castro of Chicago Cubs. Pitching leaders include many familiar names but still young guys – Los Angeles Dodgers Clayton Kershaw, Brian Fuentes of Oakland Athletics, and Jered Weaver of Los Angeles Angels, plus new names like Alexi Ogando of Texas Rangers and Zach Britton of the Baltimore Orioles.
